Eligibility Damaged, missing or wrong items: please send clear photos within 48 hours after goods received to email 19956932121@163.com. We will verify and offer solutions such as partial refund, replacement parts or full refund. For hobby model kits, we do not accept returns once assembly has been started. Digital / Downloadable Products (3Dprintable drawings, model design files):Digital products are delivered instantly via download link. No physical item will be shipped. Refund is only eligible if the file is corrupted, incomplete or cannot be downloaded after purchase. You must contact us within 7 calendar days from purchase date and provide relevant evidence. We will firstly provide replacement or repaired files. Refund will not be granted if you have successfully downloaded or accessed the digital files, or simply changed your mind after purchase.

Nonreturnable situation Items damaged caused by wrong assembly, misuse or crash after receiving. Products marked as clearance or special offer. All delivered or downloaded digital files / 3Dprintable model drawings. No returns for digital products due to change of mind, printing failure, unsatisfactory printing result or personal skillrelated issues.

Return shipping cost If error is from our side (wrong item, missing parts, damaged on arrival): we bear relevant compensation. If customer requests voluntary return: buyer needs to afford return shipping fee. Note for digital goods: Digital products have no physical shipment, no returnshipping fee applies.
4.
Refund processingAfter we receive and verify your request, refunds will be processed within 310 working days. Refund arrival time depends on your payment provider.
